Prime Brasil Mineração had its beginning as Prime Consultoria which has provided mining consulting services in Brazil for 35 years.
During its history, it has created and developed several businesses and studies for Iron Ore, Limestone, Manganese, Copper, Gold, Rare earths, Cassiterite, Gems and Precious Stones, Bauxite, and Schelite.
Antonio Carlos Menezes, Prime Brasil main shareholder has over 45 years as executive of major mining companies
and has explored and sold many mineral sites.
The professionals associated with Prime Brasil Mineração had worked for mining and geology companies since 1975 in Brazil and abroad such as Vale, BHP, Rio Tinto, EBX, Ferrous Resources, H.Stern, CMA, Multiplic and Globo and are members-founders of ABRAMO – Brazilian Association of Gold Miners and IBRAM – Brazilian Institute of Mining.

includes 52 years in all phases of mineral exploration, with emphasis on Copper, Nickel, Lead, Zinc, Gold, Iron, Manganese, Diamond, Platinoids, Uranium, Rare Earths, and several industrial minerals. Worked in Brazil, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Colombia; Uruguay, Chile, Gabon, Liberia, Congo, Portugal, Spain and India. Provided services to Vale, BP Minerals, Rio Tinto, Nuclebras, Tibras, Barrick Brasil, Ferrous, and dozens of Junior Companies and Investment Companies in mining projects.

Mr. Andrade also has the capability on building and managing exploration teams in different geographic areas, including remote environments like Amazonian Region and Andean Cordillera and experience on due diligence coordination and properties evaluation with multidisciplinary exploration/mining professional teams. In addition, holds a post-graduate in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis, having developed experience on database building, geological modeling, ore reserves/resources estimations and long-term planning.

He also held an Executive Secretary position in ABRAMO (Associação Brasileira de Mineradores de Ouro), and is founder and director of PRIME – Consultoria Econômica de Negócios e Participações Ltda / Prime Star Brasil Mineração and Mineração Terras Raras S/A – MTR for Morro do Ferro REE Mine, as founder and shareholder as well.
In addition, he has been working as consultant throughout Brazil, heading multicommodity economics studies, exploration programs and implementations of mining projects, some of them leading to important mining discoveries and development like IRON in Conceição do Jacuípe – Bahia State and Morro do Ferro REE Mine (feasibility) in Poços de Caldas – Minas Gerais State, beyond Gold, Iron, Tungsten, Bauxite, Manganese, Tin, Gemstones, Diamonds and Industrial Minerals.
